Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking engineers in Indonesia to design and manage LV/MV equipment. You will support tendering, prepare drawings, and drive cost-efficient, safe design workflows across electrical projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with DE/ME teams, adherence to SHE standards, and ongoing optimization of design processes to deliver reliable energy solutions globally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Power Electrical or related field.
• 1 year experience in electrical equipment and relay protection.
• Knowledge of PLC, relay protection, and Sepam.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Schneider software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical clarification during tendering and orders.
• Issue drawings for LV/MV complex equipment.
• Prepare stock requisition.
• Coordinate between DE and ME.
• Optimize LV/MV design for quality and cost.
• Improve design process efficiency.
• Ensure SHE compliance and hazard control.

Mission

• To design Complex MV or LV equipment
• To manage and execute technical drawing until As Built Drawing
• To support PM for technical matter during offer and order execution
• To do customization/Digital Relay (Setting).
• To issue Stock Requisition
• To optimized selection of material.

What will you do?

• Technical Clarification
• Support Tendering for technical solution during offer and order execution
• To Issue drawing for LV & MV complex equipment
• To prepare stock requisition
• To coordinate between DE and ME
• To optimize design for LV/MV equipment in term of quality and reduce cost ( improve margin )
• To improve efficiency of design process
• To follow up drawing and SR
• To be aware of to hazards and environmental aspects, identify hazard in workplace and to ensure risk control being executed to minimize the hazard
• To execute the task accordance with of SHE requirements and work procedure, active participate in implementation of SHE management System and ensure the work process and its result comply with SHE requirements and follow up any SHE related matters

What qualifications will make you successful

• Degree from Power Electrical
• Electrical equipment and relay protection field, PLC / Automation & Communication field 1 year experience
• Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical equipment and product, Production know-how
• Language skill in English and Indonesia, PLC knowledge , Relay Protection and Sepam , Data Communication , Auto cad and Schneider software tools and Computer knowledge
