Job summary

English Academy Center in Indonesia seeks an enthusiastic English teacher to plan and deliver high-quality lessons for learners aged 3–18, up to 25 hours weekly. You will develop engaging plans and use diverse methods to foster participation.

You will mentor freelance teachers, supervise classes, and maintain attendance and progress records, collaborating with staff for smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
• Experience teaching English, preferably to young learners (3-18 years).
• TOEFL/IELTS certification is a plus.
• Able to mentor and support fellow teachers.
• Good English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to teach offline at English Academy Center.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students from young learners to adults (max 25 teaching hours/week).
• Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to student needs and levels.
• Use varied teaching techniques and materials to foster participation and learning.
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor progress with regular reports.
