Job description

Project management: Leading engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Project Development: Leading project feasibility, project execution, and risk mitigation to follow commercial and budgeting standards

Resource management: Coordinating the allocation of resources, such as manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements

Communication: Communicating effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with national and international standards, as well as company policies

Budgeting: Preparing budgets, bids, and contracts, and monitoring expenditure

Documentation: Maintaining project documentation and reports for management review

Risk management: Identifying risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies

Reviewing progress: Reviewing progress, addressing any issues or obstacles, and ensuring that tasks are completed according to schedule

Project standards: Upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans, and adjusting specifications

Project design: Reviewing project design for compliance with engineering principles, District standards, contract requirements, and related standards

Checking on projects: Checking on projects to ensure they are being done properly

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field

Proven experience in product development, production planning, and product lifecycle management

Strong expertise in research & development, market research, and product portfolio management
