Job summary

PT Link Net Tbk in Indonesia is seeking a creative Graphic Design intern to support recruitment and employer branding. You will translate briefs into engaging visuals for onboarding materials, internship postings, and full-time hiring posts while building a cohesive visual identity.

You will also contribute to social content planning for our Instagram channel and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to accelerate your learning journey through hands-on branding projects.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
• Strong interest in visual design, content creation, and employer branding.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and familiar with other design tools.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to translate briefs into visuals.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for various stages of the employee recruitment and onboarding process, including ID cards, New Hire and Acceptance Letter materials, internship vacancy content, and full-time hiring posts
• Develop and execute content plans for our Instagram account @lifeatlinknet
• Support other Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition activities when needed

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Graphic Design, Communication, Management, or related fields
• Strong interest in visual design, content creation, and employer branding
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and familiar with other design tools
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate briefs into engaging visual content
• Good communication and time management skills
• Portfolio showcasing your design work is required
