Build and maintain positive employee relations and internal communication.
Ensure company policies are implemented effectively and in line with regulations.
Manage disciplinary actions and handle employee complaints or grievances.
Collaborate with the Legal team on labor law compliance and industrial relations matters.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in employee or industrial relations.
Solid understanding of applicable labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
