Job Description

The Emerging Business Model Head is responsible for designing and implementing new business models within existing partnerships (e.g., CIMB Niaga). This role also oversees the delivery of benefits from launched models, including sales, value creation, and customer penetration. The initial focus will be on implementing a hybrid cross-sell model for the mass market and enhancing digital sales and products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the design and implementation of new business models (people, processes, customer journeys, products).
  2. Engage relevant stakeholders at partner banks (segment, product, sales teams) to ensure smooth, timely delivery and maximize business benefits.
  3. Manage and monitor performance metrics such as sales volume, profit, and customer penetration.
  4. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize emerging business models.
  5. Coordinate branding activities and ensure impactful events with bank partners.
  6. Lead data analytics initiatives to support both branch and non-branch business channels.
  7. Oversee monitoring of new initiatives as required by SMT or Regional Office, including war rooms and tactical fixes.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with mass-market bancassurance or partnership models.
  • Knowledge of bancassurance business models and regulatory environment.
  • Project management skills, with Agile experience a plus.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in designing and implementing initiatives in customer experience, product development, and digital channels.
