Job summary

Artelia Indonesia is seeking an experienced ELV-BMS Inspector to support a data center construction project. You will supervise and monitor ELV and Building Management System installations on-site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing contractor submissions, coordinating with stakeholders, witnessing testing, and generating inspection reports to support handover, while upholding HSE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ELV/BMS inspection, supervision, or construction projects.
• Experience in data center construction project is a must.
• Strong understanding of BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Structured Cabling Systems.
• Familiar with testing, commissioning, and QA/QC inspection processes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting documentation.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Available to work on-site.

• Monitor project progress and provide inspection reports.
• Witness testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
• Verify punch list closure and support project handover activities.
• Promote compliance with project HSE requirements and quality standards.

About the Role
