Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales or customer service, preferably luxury retail or premium goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Strong passion for fashion, luxury goods, and customer engagement.
• Solid product knowledge and ability to educate customers on features and benefits.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and personalised customer service by greeting, assisting, and building strong relationships with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Recommend products and deliver expert advice based on customer preferences and needs
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our premium watch collection
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and strong product knowledge
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product range, pricing, industry trends, and company policies
• Ensure the sales floor is well‑organised, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards
• Support inventory management, merchandising, and overall store presentation
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotions, campaigns, and share best practices
