Job summary

TikTok is seeking a project intern to engage in impactful short-term projects across strategy, operations, and stakeholder management. You will work with Account Managers, Campaign, and Operations to solve seller issues, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.

The role requires at least a 3-month commitment and offers exposure to a fast-paced tech environment. Join the Electronic team and contribute to growth initiatives for merchants and the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration with internal teams such as Account Managers, Campaign, and Operations to align category strategies and operations with company objectives.
• Issue Escalation & Seller Support by identifying, gathering, and escalating issues to backend or operations teams.
• Take ownership of day-to-day issue triaging, especially for recurring or operational tickets.
• Escalate critical seller issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders and track resolution progress.
• Reporting & Dashboarding to prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support regular performance tracking and analysis for internal reviews.
• Help identify growth opportunities and operational improvement areas based on data and on-the-ground issues.
