Epson in Depok, West Java, is seeking a diligent Production Operator for electronics manufacturing. You will operate manufacturing equipment, assemble electronic components, and ensure the quality of products on the assembly line, contributing to consistent outputs.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, a pathway to develop skills in quality control, and exposure to 5S workplace practices, SOPs, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Experience as a Production Operator or in an assembly role is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes and components is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work shifts as required by production schedules.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Operate various manufacturing machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and diagrams.
• Perform quality checks on components and finished products to identify defects.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions meticulously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement ideas.
• Handle materials and components with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
