Yamaha Corporation in West Java Depok area is seeking a Production Operator - Electronics Manufacturing to operate manufacturing equipment, assemble electronic components, and ensure product quality on the assembly line.

You will work with the production team to meet daily targets, follow SOPs, maintain 5S standards, and participate in on‑the‑job training with opportunities for skills development and career progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational training in electronics or manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Production Operator or in an assembly role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes and components is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work shifts as required by production schedules.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Commitment to punctuality and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Operate various manufacturing machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and diagrams.
• Perform quality checks on components and finished products to identify defects.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions meticulously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement ideas.
• Handle materials and components with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
