Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management and relevant experience in industrial automation, specifically with Siemens PLC & SCADA. Strong communication skills are essential for effectiveness in this role. This position emphasizes reducing downtime and maintaining critical spare parts availability.

This position is responsible for ensuring machines are operated at optimum reliable condition, by developing and executing proper preventive and predictive maintenance. Engineer is also responsible for achieving Maintenance KPI in terms of % downtime and mean time between failure (MTBF). Responsible for emergency unplanned breakdown and provide technical solution. Responsible for analyzing the replacement of machine part and spare part stock availability, ensure critical spare part or frequent change spare part stock is available anytime for any emergency unplanned downtime / planned maintenance. Engineer must ensure all repairing / upgrading jobs are carried out under safe conditions, which will not create any unsafe act or unsafe condition to himself or others. Engineer will assign to supervise a team of technicians and ensure all tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.
