• Sound knowledge of technical terminology, particularly on Trades Works Instruction and Procedures.

Job description

• Termination/ Connection of wiring (power cable, control cables) on electrical switch board,

  distribution board, starting panel board and other control board.

• Test electrical system and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring equipment’s and fixtures

  using testing devices such as Ohm meter, voltmeter and other instruments to ensure capability and safety system.

• Test electrical characteristic such as voltage, resistance, current and phase angle using

  electrical meter.

• Laying electrical cables on cables on cable ladder go through conduit, penetration and gland.

• Secure electrical or electronic equipment, devices apparatus and fixtures from any possible damage occur on workshop and board vessels

• Capable to do Termination and cable pulling, glanding.

• To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refer to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and

  Environmental Policy by the yard

• Can communicate English both written and spoken

• Diploma/Technical in related subject.

• Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar capacity at oil and gas company

• Sound knowledge of technical terminology, particularly on Trades Works Instruction and

  Procedures.
