Job summary

Smart Infrastructure is seeking an Electrical Systems Integration Engineer in Jakarta to oversee coordination across E-house, MV/LV switchgear, UPS, HVAC, and SCADA. The role demands integrating diverse electrical systems and collaborating with multiple engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within standards.

You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and ensure quality documentation while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in coordination/integration roles across electrical systems.
• Experience coordinating E-house, MV/LV switchgear, UPS, HVAC, and SCADA.
• Familiarity with international and local standards (IEC, NEC/NFPA, UL).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration of E-house and electrical systems.
• Coordinate activities across engineering disciplines and projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams.
• Define engineering scopes and ensure deliverables meet project requirements and standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, identify risks, and drive mitigation.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and drive continuous design improvements.
• Apply LV systems expertise (MCCs, distribution panels, transformers) as needed.
• Perform and interpret electrical studies including load flow and short circuit.
