Job description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the electrical team’s constructions, installation and testing.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the construction activities, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and closing the punch list of electrical systems.
  • Plan, schedule the Quality Inspection and provide Quality Check List together with QC team or engineering.
  • Plan and schedule troubleshooting activities during pre-commissioning and commissioning together with the engineering team.
  • Provide training and guidance to the electrical team.
  • Prepare and present reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) on the status of electrical projects.
  • Coordinate with all parties within the project, including contractors, subcontractors, vendors, other departments, and third parties.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines following international standards, best practices, and COMPANY Code of Practices.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Projects as an electrical supervisor with deep understanding of electrical systems and complex installations.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, coordinating, reporting, and overseeing electrical projects.
  • Proven technical knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience with inspection activities for quality control.
  • Experience with Site Acceptance Test, Testing, and commissioning.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Willing to work on a contract basis (1 year), and this position will be placed at the site office project.
