About the role

As the Electrical Superintendent at PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama, Tbk', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the electrical aspects of complex construction projects. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic objectives within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the work of electrical contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Interpret and implement electrical drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and regulations
• Manage the procurement and inventory of electrical materials and equipment
• Identify and resolve electrical issues, minimising delays and disruptions to the project timeline
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
• Provide technical guidance and training to the electrical team to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to track project progress and compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar senior electrical role within the construction industry
• Excellent understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations applicable to construction projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Proficient in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
