Job description

Responsible for planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems, analyzing equipment issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring plant operations run efficiently. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, reporting, and coordination to support continuous production with reliable electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monthly preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare monthly reports on preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment issues and preventive outcomes.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks as per the approved schedule.
• Record and report equipment breakdowns, including recommendations to superiors.
• Analyze and manage minimum spare parts inventory requirements.
• Quickly identify root causes of failures during machine operations.
• Perform immediate repairs to minimize production downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in electric motors and motor starters, electrical panels, transformers, and capacitor banks, inverters and Toshiba drives, including troubleshooting, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
