Job summary

PT. POWERTEK INDO ASIA is hiring an Electrical Drafter to develop and revise electrical panel drawings for its switchboard projects in Indonesia. The role focuses on SLDs, wiring diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts to support fabrication and production teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong AutoCAD 2D/3D skills and a solid understanding of electrical standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Power Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Drafter or similar position, preferably in the electrical panel/switchboard industry. Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and electrical components
• Familiar with LV panels, distribution panels, control panels, and MCC panels
• Able to read and create SLD, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, and panel layouts
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and electrical specifications
• Good understanding of basic electrical standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop electrical panel drawings based on project specifications and engineering requirements.
• Create and revise SLD, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Prepare 2D/3D technical drawings for electrical panels and components.
• Develop detailed drawings for panel fabrication, assembly, and production.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy according to technical specifications and applicable standards.
• Update drawings based on engineering revisions, customer comments, or project changes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Production teams regarding drawing and design requirements.
• Maintain and organize drawings, revisions, and other technical documentation.
