Overview

Electrical Engineer is responsible for design and develop efficient and innovative electrical systems according to project requirements, create technical solutions that meet quality and safety standards, perform routine maintenance, and identify faults to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems and maintain their reliability and safety. Integrate electrical systems with other project elements, collaborate with the engineering team, conduct research and innovation to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize energy efficiency, and provide technical support to the team to ensure the success of the project.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
• Proficiency in CMMS/ERP systems for asset management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess equipment performance and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and safety standards.
• Excellent data management and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results aligned with production targets
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
