Position: Electric Engineer (Textile Manufacture)
Placement: Bekasi

Job Purpose

To execute monitoring, controlling, maintaining, and repairing machine conditions to achieve the best service for quality yarn.

Major Challenges

1. Difficult to find suppliers according to specifications.
2. Need to learn new systems due to improvements in machine technology that have been more than 10 years.

Job Description

1. Ensure all machines are in good condition - Coordinate with subordinates, production, and maintenance teams.
2. Ensure the availability of machine spares - Coordinate with subordinates and store team.
3. Improve good housekeeping (5S) - Coordinate with HR & WCM team.
4. Improve skill index - Coordinate with HR team.
5. Improve discipline of subordinates - Coordinate with HR team.
