Overview

Position : Electric Engineer (Textile Manufacture)

Placement : Bekasi

Job Purpose

To execute monitoring, controlling and maintaining, & repairing machine condition for achievement best service for quality yarn

Responsibilities

• Difficult to find suppliers according to specifications
• Need to learn new systems due to improvements in machine technology that have been more than 10 years
• Ensure all machine in a good condition - Coordinate with subordinate, production and maintenance team
• Ensure the availability of machine spares - Coordinate with subordinate and store team
• To Improve good housekeeping (5 S) - Coordinate with HR & WCM team
• Improvement skill Index - Coordinate with HR Team
• To improve discipline of the subordinate - Coordinate with HR team
