You will

• Oversee the organization of service and team management before, during, and after the opening of the resort's various restaurant(s) for buffets of 600 to 1000 covers per service.
• Manage a team of 10 to 20 dishwashing staff.
• Ensure equipment maintenance (light and heavy dishwashing).
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, as well as the upkeep of the resort's property.
