Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geology, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry as a Mine Plan Engineer, preferably in a mining company.

Knowledge of mining software such as AutoCAD, MineScape, Surpac, etc.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Certification in POP would be an advantage.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare medium and long-term mining plans, including location and work area boundaries, mining stages, production plans, and reclamation details.
2. Conduct short-term planning in coordination with contractors on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis according to mine planning schedules.
3. Perform periodic field evaluations and inspections to ensure mining activities are properly implemented.
4. Verify all necessary documentation related to Mining and Geology.
