Minimum Bachelor Degree in major Law, Management, or Human Resources.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position (HR/IR), preferably with experience in Hospital/Healthcare or Manufacturing Industry.
Has working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines and responsibilities.
Maintains good relationships with government agencies, labor offices, industrial relations courts, and other stakeholders.
Possesses excellent people management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Has extensive experience in Employee Relations or Industrial Relations, with a deep understanding of labor laws.
Demonstrates professional maturity and responsiveness in handling people-related issues.
Shows strong intellectual curiosity, humility, and critical thinking to analyze problems and deliver solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
