Job Description: Project Support and Coordination

• Assist the project leader in managing weekly and daily meetings, collecting team feedback, and resolving issues during project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-departmental teams, manage resources, and communicate core information to improve team efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Gather sales data, conduct analysis, and present findings to support sales strategies and product optimization.

Brand Marketing Support

• Support the marketing team in executing activities to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Promote projects through various channels, monitor marketing effectiveness, and analyze user feedback and data.

Product Learning and Management

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor order fulfillment and address issues promptly.
• Learn product knowledge and provide internal training to enhance team understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, project management, or business administration; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Quick learner with industry trend awareness.
