The opportunity

Do you have a passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail? We're looking for an experienced Senior Flutter/Web QA Engineer to join our dynamic team at PT CreateIT Solution Indonesia, a leading technology company in Tangerang, Banten. As a full-time employee, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our Flutter and web-based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive end-2-end test plans for our Flutter cross-platform app, including iOS, Android & Web targets.
• Test application features across different devices (with a focus on automation).
• Web testing:
  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive end-2-end test plans for Web React applications, including experience working with systems behind a 2FA-login.
• API Testing:
  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive integration test plans and test cases for REST APIs powering the document management system solution.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product and customer support to identify important functionality and make sure it’s tested.
• CI/CD Integration:
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Azure and GitHub, to integrate automated tests and ensure smooth deployment processes.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in mobile & web testing (flutter-specific knowledge is a plus), with a strong focus on automation.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on Flutter and web technologies
• Proficient in writing and executing test cases, both manual and automated, using tools like Playwright, Appium, Selenium, and Cypress
• Experience driving testing strategy for mobile & web applications.
• Experience with alarming / observability to detect errors is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices, particularly with Azure devops and GitHub actions, including setting up testing infrastructure to run tests on PR/production.
• Experience in designing and implementing test frameworks and strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• .NET and C# Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with the .NET stack and C# to effectively collaborate with developers and understand the backend systems.
• Flutter:
  • Knowledge of the flutter programming language to write end2end tests.
