Job description

Support the establishment of the company's newly developed hospitality venture.

Assist with commercial negotiations and contract structuring, ensuring alignment with the company's interests.

Engage with business partners, government institutions, and third parties related to the new hospitality project.

Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and gather client feedback to continuously improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure offerings remain competitive and aligned with market needs.

Develop strategic plans and implement initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives.

Provide reports and feedback to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in complex deal negotiations.
  • Ability to develop compelling value propositions and communicate the benefits of collaboration with the company.
