  • Providing and delivering water to over 8 million people throughout Greater Jakarta, West Semarang, and Batam
  • The total water treatment capacity up to 31,435 liters per second (“lps”) or 2.7 million m3/day

Qualifications & Experience
  • Male/Female, aged 25-40 years
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, business, or accounting from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry or corporate finance experience in top-tier consulting, audit, or investment banking covering the same industry
  • Understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to support business decisions
  • Evaluate and execute M&A and other investment opportunities
  • Assist with structuring and transaction-related matters
  • Develop financial models to simulate outcomes and impacts of strategies
  • Liaise with stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals
  • Coordinate with banks and stakeholders on financing requirements
  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations for upper management
  • Derive and structure solutions through data-driven approaches
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze financial, growth, and user metrics to support company strategy
  • Review transaction documentation, including sales and purchase agreements and legal documents
