What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Use knowledge of people’s lives at home, range presentation, and the IKEA visual identity to support the Com&In team in presenting and communicating the IKEA product range.
• Prioritize work to meet the needs and expectations of store visitors and minimize disruption on the shop floor.
• Plan and order materials and resources, ensuring costs are accurate and approved. Maintain high quality, simplicity, and cost-consciousness by following best practices and routines.
• Implement the agreed Com&In/store action plan with urgency and attention to detail to create a strong visual impression in the store.
• Reduce environmental footprint and costs by working consciously with resources and materials, maximizing recycling and reuse opportunities.

We want you to be a person who:

• Has carpentry experience gained in a commercial environment, ideally in construction or exhibition installations.
• Understands life at home in the local market.
• Possesses knowledge about the IKEA Concept.
• Is willing to work in a store environment, with a mixture of days, located in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
