Planning

Optimize sales force performance by analyzing sales and market information, then developing an action plan with the Area Manager to ensure objectives are achieved.

Sales

  1. Ensure the provision of accurate and approved information concerning products to all members of the healthcare community.
  2. Explore area potential by gathering information and data on competitors, develop PDP, analyze sales performance and activities, and follow up with action plans.
  3. Conduct hospital listing activities.

Marketing Activities

  1. Execute marketing activities of assigned products within the area (detailing, RTM, FGD, and others).
  2. Analyze sales performance and activities, and follow up with action plans.
  3. Monitor product stock availability in hospitals and pharmacies.

Internal Relations

Collaborate with other sales force members, marketing, and internal teams on various cross-functional projects.

External Relations

Establish and maintain relationships with medical communities and distributors, and conduct activities to support product registration in hospitals and/or institutional formularies.

Product & Medical Knowledge

Manage own competencies in product knowledge, medical information, and selling skills.

Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
