Job description

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and V-ray for rendering or similar to produce Conceptual Rendering & Detailed Engineering Design.
- Excellent taste in design.
- Able to create for-construction technical drawings and cost estimation (RAB/RAP).
- Good communication skills, creative, proactive, hardworking, and independent.
- Self-motivated, multitasking, and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.

Job Description:

- Review, ensure quality control, and coordinate all tenants' fit-out proposals and work based on building guidelines and standards (including concept design, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
- Prepare unit spaces with other divisions until handover to the tenant.
- Coordinate with relevant divisions regarding tenant administration, ensuring completion before store opening.
- Develop conceptual designs and select materials for in-house projects.
- Create Detailed Engineering Designs & RAB/RAP for in-houseprojects.
