Job Description:

1. Oversee food handling and hygiene of wine cellars; conduct inspections according to USPH standards.
2. Collaborate with the Beverage staff to recommend wine purchases for onboard DCL.
3. Promote and analyze wine sales.
4. Conduct wine education seminars and tastings for guests.
5. Provide comprehensive wine descriptions from all growing regions worldwide, including varieties, growing conditions, and current and future trends. Maintain a strong working knowledge of all other alcoholic beverages, including beer/ales, mixed drinks, and cocktails.
