About the role

As the Finance, Accounting & Tax professional at PT. JOY HOUSE INDONESIA, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Joining our Head office team, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting, reporting, and tax-related duties to support the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to track the company's financial performance.
2. Manage the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
3. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.
4. Prepare tax filings and liaise with tax authorities to ensure compliance.
5. Compile company taxation reports.
6. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
7. Provide financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
8. Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in a similar finance, accounting, or tax role, preferably within the {Accounting} industry.
3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and tax regulations.
4. Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel & Accurate).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Experience in KAP or as a Tax consultant is preferred.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
