Job description

Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, campaign operations, partnerships, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed reviews with high accuracy.

Strong English communication skills, both writing and speaking.

Operational and strategic thinking capabilities.

High work ethic, performance-driven mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work on-site at least three (3) days a week or as required by business needs.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assess incoming brand submissions using predefined metrics and coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to align go-live timelines with inventory availability.
  2. Plan and schedule brand exposure across all visibility channels prior to campaign launches.
  3. Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of visual assets.
  4. Operate internal systems to identify deals and ensure they meet specified requirements.
  5. Upload and configure brand assets across designated exposure platforms.
  6. Identify operational improvements to enhance quality control procedures and increase team productivity while minimizing errors.
