Job Description

Reporting to the Country Manager with a dotted reporting line to the regional HR team, the HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR management, covering, but not limited to:

  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, supporting overall business strategy, emphasizing transformation agendas.
  • Supporting business needs through the development, engagement, and implementation of HR programs.
  • Maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Ensuring legal compliance.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders in driving the country people agenda.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources/Business with at least 15 years of experience in leading an end-to-end HR department.
  • Proven experience in driving business transformation through the people agenda.
  • Comfortable working in a transformative business with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
