Job Description

  • Design a yearly training plan and coordinate budget discussions with relevant departments.
  • Track the implementation of training programs for dealers and internal teams, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Address any training-related challenges by assessing the issues and proposing alternative solutions.
  • Compile detailed guidebooks covering system operations, credit policies, sales strategies, and other key areas.
  • Develop training materials on system operations, processes, and product knowledge.
  • Implement a structured feedback system to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regional training sessions for sales teams.
  • Provide comprehensive training materials on systems, processes, and product details.
  • Establish a feedback mechanism to enhance and refine training initiatives continuously.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min. 3 years of experience in automotive finance
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including retail and commercial financing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and proactively challenge existing processes when necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in English for effective communication and job performance.
