Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Administer and process timely salary, overtime, and related compensation payments.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor regulations and company direction.
  3. Monitor attendance and ensure accurate system records.
  4. Generate reports on working hours, overtime > 60h, and unknown working hours (UWH).
  5. Maintain HRIS data accuracy and consistency.
  6. Liaise with insurance providers, BPJS, Tax PIC, and vendors.
  7. Support onboarding preparations for new hires.
  8. Assist recruitment and training administration.
  9. Handle additional HR-related projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of labor law and benefit systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Talenta).
  • Ability to communicate actively in English (spoken and written).
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in handling sensitive data.
