  1. The candidates must be an excellent practitioner in the scrap business in Indonesia.
  2. The candidates must have the most direct source and the highest quality of scrap in the origin country.
  3. The candidates must be well-versed in various types of scrap and familiar with international scrap market conditions and Indonesia scrap market demand conditions.
  4. The candidates must be familiar with international container shipping business and bulk cargo shipping business, and be able to independently handle the negotiation of chartering/booking/dispatching ship/vessel business, as well as the making and obtaining of documents after loading.
  5. The candidates must be proficient in international settlement business, especially LC business.
  6. The candidates must successfully complete various economic and technical indicators issued by the company, such as quantity, quality, profit, safety, and no accident occurs.
  7. The annual salary of this position is IDR720Juta, which includes the monthly salary (IDR30Juta/month) and the bonus (paid at the end of each quarter if the candidates complete the company's target) linked to various indicators, making an average monthly salary of IDR60Juta. If the candidates do not complete and meet the company's target, then no bonus will be paid; if they cannot complete and meet the company's target for a long time (three months), then it will be deemed as automatic resignation.
