Job Description

As a Tech Lead or Project Manager, you will lead a development team in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the technology solutions meet business and user needs. Additionally, you will participate directly in coding to ensure quality and efficiency.

1. Lead and mentor the software development team.
2. Engage in coding using Golang and PHP.
3. Design scalable and efficient system architecture.
4. Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage Linux environments and Docker containers.
5. Implement best practices in software development and ensure code standards compliance.
6. Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
7. Participate in code reviews and sprint planning sessions.
8. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and apply them to relevant projects.
9. Manage communication between developers, stakeholders, and management to ensure transparency and clarity of project goals.
10. Identify and manage project risks, developing effective mitigation strategies.
11. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development focusing on Golang and PHP.
• Advanced Linux system administration skills.
• Deep experience with Docker and container management.
• Experience in microservices architecture and distributed system design.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Experience working in payment gateway companies is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services such as DigitalOcean, Vultr, AWS, GCP, or AliCloud is advantageous.
• Previous work in FinTech, especially in PAYMENT GATEWAY companies (PJP 2 / PJP 1), is a plus.
