Job description

Health Safety Environment Manager will report to General Manager

Health Safety Environment Manager will be responsible to ensure the highest standards of environmental and safety practices within the Hospitality & Tourism industry sector. This position will also leading our efforts to minimize risks, ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies, and sustainably manage our environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and programs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Lead internal audits and inspections to ensure consistent adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with management to develop strategies for minimizing environmental impact.
• Organize HSE training sessions for employees to enhance safety culture throughout the organization at The Grand Taman Safari Prigen.
• Manage incident investigations and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Stay abreast of new regulations and best practices in the industry to improve our HSE protocols.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE manager.
• Familiarity with Firefighter Certifications, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks and devise realistic solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and influence others regarding safety practices and environmental compliance.
• Willing to be placed in Gianyar, Bali Area
