Job description

Segment: All B2B segments in Central Sumatera

Responsibilities

Provide ICT solutions and design Indosat’s services for enterprise customers as follows:

1. Solution architect for ICT infrastructure, network, and IoT solutions.
2. Assist the sales team in assessing customers’ technical requirements.
3. Create technical solution designs and cost analyses to support sales offerings and implementation processes.
4. Ensure that the technical solutions and designs are valid and implementable.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Presales or Solution Architect with a proven track record.
2. Prior experience in ICT Solution Provider, System Integrator, or ICT Principal companies.
3. University degree in Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
4. Preferably certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.
5. Ability to work independently, using initiative and judgment.
6. Flexible and adaptable under pressure, meeting short and long-term deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and planning skills to translate customer requirements into matching products and solutions.
8. Willingness to be based in Batam.

Skills & Competencies

1. Ability to design ICT infrastructure (servers, storage, firewalls, networks) and Telco (connectivity, internet, M2M).
2. Expertise in Cloud, IoT, and Applications is a plus.
3. Experience in managing enterprise service projects.

Business Acumen

1. Understanding of the enterprise service market segment.
2. Knowledge of basic business calculations.

Communication Skills

1. Proficient in Bahasa and English communication skills.
2. Strong presentation skills.
3. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and report writing skills.
