A leading retail brand is seeking a Human Resources Manager/Senior to oversee HR functions in a dynamic environment. This role involves managing HR processes, talent acquisition, and compliance with Indonesian Labour Law. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, including managerial roles, and will work closely with an international team to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Human Resources Manager/Senior is responsible for, but not limited to:
Minimum 10+ years of comprehensive HR management experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial role overseeing the entire HR function.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry with a large workforce.
Strong knowledge of Industrial and Employee Relations, with an up-to-date understanding of Indonesian Labour Law and regulatory compliance.
Experience in nationwide mass recruitment and compensation and benefits strategies.
Good business acumen to align HR strategies with business needs.
