Human Resources Manager/Senior will be responsible for leading and driving the overall HR function in a dynamic retail industry.

Client is a fast-growing retail brand.

Description

Human Resources Manager/Senior is responsible for, but not limited to:

  1. Managing overall HR administration and processes to ensure data accuracy supporting effective business operations in compliance with employment laws.
  2. Evaluating and implementing effective HR procedures and systems aligned with business goals.
  3. Leading talent acquisition and recruitment programs through strategic planning and tactical execution in partnership with business units.
  4. Developing and managing talent programs related to compensation, benefits, talent management, development, and organizational design.
  5. Serving as the primary contact for Industrial and Employee Relations matters.
  6. Translating business objectives into strategic HR initiatives to foster an effective workforce.
Profile

Minimum 10+ years of comprehensive HR management experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial role overseeing the entire HR function.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry with a large workforce.

Strong knowledge of Industrial and Employee Relations, with an up-to-date understanding of Indonesian Labour Law and regulatory compliance.

Experience in nationwide mass recruitment and compensation and benefits strategies.

Good business acumen to align HR strategies with business needs.
