Job description

This role provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the President Director and Leadership Team, ensuring efficiency in daily operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination of executive priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the President Director’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence while ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • You will prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for executive meetings, act as a liaison between the President Director, leadership team, and key stakeholders.
  • You will support the President Director’s professional image by managing executive communications, social media presence, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • You will manage end-to-end arrangements for visiting executives, clients, and expatriates, including travel logistics, accommodation, work permits, visa processing, and local onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
  • You will organize leadership meetings, board sessions, and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • You have a minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.
  • You have proven ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings across time zones, and arrange international and domestic travel.
  • You have experience in organizing executive meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, coordinating corporate events, and handling visitor arrangements.
  • You have ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, clients, and business partners.
  • You have strong experience in handling correspondence, preparing reports, managing confidential documents, and ensuring smooth office operations.
