Job Description:
  • Establish The Appropriate Investment Model To Expand Recruitment Efforts, Focusing On Seed And Emerging Markets In Asia.
  • Closely Collaborating With Cross-functional And Cross-market Teams To Reinforce The Pipeline For Asia.
  • Develop And Drive A Well-defined Portfolio Architecture, Which Includes Packaging, Pricing, Channel Mapping, And Potential Transportation And Logistics Opportunities.
  • Collaborate Closely With Cluster And Local Teams To Execute A Unified Plan For Asia.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in business.
  • 10+ years' experience In relevant brand/marketing role, ideally exposure across Asia/South East Asia.
  • Experience in brand building capability within an organization.
  • Experience in data-driven media approach is expected.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to create strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
