Account Executive for IT Hardware and Software
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop short & long term plans based on the corporate & Indonesia goals and objectives.
- Ensure goals and objectives are uniformly understood and executed.
- Lead the growth of the company to achieve and exceed revenue, profit & strategic targets.
- Develop and manage sales, alliances, and partners in Indonesia.
- Identify and develop business opportunities by expanding market presence in Indonesia.
- Shape and scale strategic deals.
- Leverage your experience as a General Manager/Sales Professional working across all business units, with a proven track record of success in projects across market segments such as Banking & Finance, Logistics, FMCG, etc.
Work Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development within the IT Solutions environment, with strong capability in selling complex solutions to enterprise organizations (both direct and with partners), and a successful track record.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working with large clients in complex relationship and approval environments.
- Exposure to cross-industry sales models.
- Knowledge of solution selling, strategic vision, and tactical expertise to grow the company’s existing business in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in building strategic sales plans and deals, with strong forecasting capabilities.
- Strong business acumen to understand the causes of business success in Indonesia, with analytical skills to build an Indonesian organization quickly.
- Strong team player.
