Responsibilities:
- Achieve awareness and sales targets for the assigned Marketing and Sales division.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet targets across online and offline platforms.
- Optimize promotional budgets to maximize results while ensuring resource alignment.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate team performance in branding and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify high-potential products for sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-Commerce & Social Media Strategy, preferably with experience in building new brands.
- Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management.
- Strong campaign optimization skills to achieve high ROAS.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales reports.
- Hands-on experience in digital product launches and branding.
- Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Malang, East Java.
