Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical project management.

Proficient in electrical engineering software such as ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of construction phases and electrical system inspection standards.

Willing and able to work on-site during the construction phase.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with both contractors and clients.

Willing to travel to project sites if required.

Assist the PM Manager in planning, monitoring, and evaluating electrical projects.

Supervise on-site activities during the construction phase to ensure project alignment.

Inspect contractor works to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Prepare and submit progress reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Act as a liaison between the project team, contractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve technical issues.

Ensure project execution aligns with the scheduled timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
