An Onboarding/Support consultant plays a crucial role in implementing our system for new and existing clients, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support post-launch. This role requires you to be a product champion with in-depth knowledge of our system and a problem-solving mindset. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and addressing concerns promptly are essential to ensure high customer satisfaction.
