About The Role

An Onboarding/Support consultant plays a crucial role in implementing our system for new and existing clients, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support post-launch. This role requires you to be a product champion with in-depth knowledge of our system and a problem-solving mindset. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and addressing concerns promptly are essential to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Develop clients' onboarding activities from project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration, to system go-live.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  3. Manage the implementation process, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  4. Design and deliver product training tailored to client needs, enabling full utilization of system features.
  5. Prepare user guides and manuals as needed.
  6. Establish professional relationships with key personnel to focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on product features and communicate updates to team members.
  8. Conduct feedback sessions with clients to improve service and product adoption.
  9. Provide onsite and remote support to resolve issues promptly.
  10. Assist during onboarding with system configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  11. Partner with team leads and sales to support product adoption.
  12. Identify prospects and convert them into long-term customers to expand TableCheck’s presence in Indonesia.
  13. Liaise with global teams to ensure brand consistency.
Must Have Qualifications / Requirements
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Availability to travel within Bali and the SEA region as required
  • 3+ years experience in IT SaaS companies serving hotel/restaurant clients
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and train others
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experience as a Product, Operations, or Support Consultant in an IT SaaS company
  • Knowledge of POS systems and SaaS products in the hospitality sector
  • Proficiency in an additional European language
Working Conditions
  • Work hours: Mon - Fri, 10:00 - 19:00 (Hybrid work style)
  • Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays
  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience
