What you'll be doing:

1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with the magazine's goals and objectives. Focus on driving growth in advertising revenue across all platforms.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell advertising solutions.
3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Develop proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients.
4. Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on sales activity, revenue forecasts, and market trends for senior management.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial, marketing, and production teams to ensure cohesive and effective advertising strategies that resonate with our audience.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position the magazine and identify growth opportunities.

What we're looking for:
