Responsibilities

1. Manage daily financial records and create accounting journals following standard accounting practices.
2. Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash checks, and prepare internal financial reports.
3. Generate monthly financial analysis reports using Excel/Spreadsheet.
4. Collaborate across divisions to ensure accurate and timely documentation of transactions.
5. Prepare Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports.
6. Analyze the consolidated budget for feasibility, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
7. Calculate and report withholding income tax for Article 23 periodically.
8. Assist in internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications

• Skills in financial statements and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
